A barbeque was held on Saturday at which nearly £400 was raised for the Mustard Seed Project in Zimbabwe. This project is supporting children in the village of Chivu who have been orphaned as a result of the AIDS epidemic. There is more information about the project on the Mustard Seed Project page.

The Wild Honey project ran a plant and book sale at Christchurch last Saturday, with refreshments, scones and cream, cakes and ploughman’s lunches.
